Laughter. Especially when Jerry Lewis is involved. I remember when the below movie first came out. I was extremely young and like most of America did not like it. Yet there were at least 3 scenes in the movie "Cracking Up" that just should and have to be considered classic.
Below is the opening credits scene and my all time fave scene in the surgery room. If you haven't seen these clips you haven't truly laughed in you life. Check out what I mean and rent (don't buy) a copy from your local video store.
