There’s a lot of small things happening that have BIG consequences. I, recently, entered my script THE PACT into The Table Read My Screenplay in Cannes Competition. The winners won’t be announced until April 7th but my hopes are high. Also, I entered THE LEPIDOPTERAN script into an animation contest which won’t be announcing until later this year. Both books are available on Amazon under the name Nathan Zen-Sapien and can be found with this link ( N8's Amazon Books ).
To make this daunting, THE PACT, has won the International Impact Book Awards and because I need more funds to attend, I created a GoFundMe which can be found at this link ( N8's GoFundMe For IIBA!!! ).
The amazing thing is that this is only the beginning of the second month of the year. If you guys would like a signed book let me know the bookstore willing to have me and I'll try to arrange something soon.
Until then, thank you for all your support... Buy a book... Donate... Or spread the word!!!
THANKS AGAIN

🎉 AUTHOR SUCCESS STORY 🎉
Huge congratulations to Nathan Zen-Sapien on winning the International Impact Book Awards for The P.A.C.T. 🏆
We’re absolutely thrilled to see The P.A.C.T. receive this level of recognition — especially as it marks the first major book award for Nathan. A fantastic achievement and well deserved.
The awards ceremony takes place in Phoenix, AZ on February 27th, 2026. The win speaks volumes about the impact of this work and the response it’s had from readers and judges alike.
Congratulations again, Nathan — we’re proud to have been part of your publishing journey and excited to see what comes next (TV series, anyone? 👀📺).
👉 The P.A.C.T. is available on Amazon now.

Raymond J. (but everyone calls him Ray) just made my day and better yet he made the first donation to my GoFundMe!!!
Here’s the link https://gofund.me/65034fb72
As a “thank you” I am sending him a rare signed first copy of one of my books!!! It’s rare because the first version of the book had to be corrected and the copy has the original mistake!!!
I appreciate your support, RAY!!!
Cheers

Apparently, we'll have to wait until February 10th for their final decision on whether we receive an actual award plus viewing at the Edinburgh Film Awards but until then, here are the semifinalist laurels from the festival.
Peace

I changed my mind from the earlier post and now because of the potential career changing publicity I feel I need to go! So, I started a GoFundMe that covers most of the costs. Please help out if you can and I will be happy to give you a signed book and other materials associated with The PACT and the event!!! Here’s the link https://gofund.me/65034fb72
FYI My autograph adds about $10 to everything I sign so the merchandise/books could be rather valuable someday!!!
BLESSINGS TO YOU FOR ALL AND ANY OF YOUR SUPPORT!!!

Nothing beats a healthy body, sane mind, the SPIRIT of GROWTH with GRATITUDE that you have another chance!!! The New Year doesn’t come on the first BUT It’s Every Day You Wake!!!!
Be at Peace With Yourself and Enjoy The Life You Have Been Given!!!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!

December started off eff'd up! For months I have been planning to move from my apartment back to the family house after Mom's passing. I had to be out by December 1st. I got out but because I had been in the apartment for close to 16 years damage had been done, and I didn't get my deposit back! Years of smoking and (spray) painting projects had taken their toll.
To add to the mix, December 1st, I got word back from MGM executive that even though she really thought highly of HUMAN GAME The Series her team didn't think that it fit the slate for their upcoming projects. So, after revamping the series Bible and the pilot script it was a "no go"!!!
On a high note, my children's book, THE KAFUNKULITUS OF THE FUNKULUS was released!!! I wrote it back in January 2005 but had shelfed it thinking that it was not marketable and was just a fun creative exercise. Fortunately for me, my sister was going through some of my mother's old papers and came across a word-only manuscript of the book. She said it was funny and that I should draw pictures for it. I shocked her when I said that I had already drawn pictures and assembled a hard copy of the book years ago. Long story short, she told me to publish it, so I scanned and sent a copy to several publishers. Luck would have it that the publisher that I had been using for my script/books gave me a GREAT deal on turning it into an Amazon book. I took it and now it's out!!!
For all those interested here's a link to my Amazon Author's Page (https://www.amazon.com/stores/Nathan-Zen-Sapien/author/) where you can find all 10 of my books including HUMAN GAME The Script Series and THE KAFUNKULITUS OF THE FUNKULUS.
Next year, I plan to move forward with these projects and push even harder to MANIFEST SOME LONG-TERM GOALS!!! Just wait and see!!! But for now, relax and enjoy the holidays... And if possible, buy a book or two for some holiday reading... Depending on your taste.

So after a few weeks of waiting I finally got word that the team working on Human Game did not feel like it was appropriate for their slate.
